The EP opens with One Destiny, a trademark Dub-One dubwise Amen workout that has done damage whenever spun. Things get deeper and darker on Pain, all switching breaks, heavy bass, and ominous vibes. Hands of Stone opens the B side, a hard stepping, Mentasm riffing one for the b-boys and b-girls! Things are closed out with a hook up between Dub-One and Inphiltrate on The Switch, an old-skool referencing darkside tearout.
